mii-tool doesn't seem to be present even if the following options are checked:
- Do you wish to include a full featured shell (useful for debugging)? 	
- Reboot system after udpcast? (only available with full-featured shell) 	
- Do not blank screen (switch off screensaver)

How can I add this tool?
