Just as a note: I have found that the 2.6.16.x kernels have some issues with 
hardware. A few users had hardware that worked with the 2.6.15.6 kernels 
but not with any of the 2.6.16 kernels. I even had an AMD64 system that 
would not see the SATA drive. Even rebuild a 2.6.16.20 kernel usig the 
2.6.15.6 .config with make oldconfig to make sure it wasn't some change in 
the config. Currently have the 2.6.15.6 kernel as the default, but the 
2.6.16.20 is on the cd as well. 

Been on a plane with 24 hours of the last two days.
