[Udpcast] Need FAT support

Until now, vfat support has been on the floppy images (where it is 
needed for saving the menu choices), but not on the CD-Rom images (where 
it is impossible to save anything anyways, as they are read-only).

I've now added a check box to cast-o-matic, with which you can chose to 
also include VFAT support of CD Images (and PXE, and...)
